(1) Since the medium of instruction is in English, its use in the school campus is compulsory.


(2) The school cannot take the responsibility for students after class hours.


(3) They are requested not to knock the school-gate for taking their wards before the classes are over.


(4) Every student is expected to have a decent behaviour at all times. They should avoid shouting or running about the school building especially during recess.


(5) No parents or relatives are allowed to visit or enter inside the classrooms or walk near the classrooms.


(6) Parents / Guardians of classes Pre School & Pre Primary School are suggested to pick up their wards for initial 7 days of schooling during short recess or as advised by the school.


(7) Parents are reminded that the Date of Birth of the child, registered as that given at the time of admission, cannot be changed later.


(8) The school will not be responsible for lost articles. It is expected from all the parents to guide their wards to look after their bag and belongings. Parents are also requested to check the bags of their wards regularly when the classes are over and report immediately if, any discrepancy is found. It will help us to serve well.


(9) Students should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform should be worn on all working days and for all school functions. Students who are not in proper uniform will not be allowed to enter their class-rooms. Those found not wearing the school uniform at a school function will be suspended for a month.


(10) Care must be taken of all school property and no student should scratch or spoil the desks or chairs or damage any school furniture or write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others, Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the class teacher or to the Principal.


(11) Damage done if any will be made good by the concerned students, together with a fine imposed on him/her for such an offence. Any one who notices something damaged should report the matter even if the or she does not know who has done it.


(12) Cycles must be locked. Students may not ride around in the school compound on bicycles. Use of scooter/motorcycle is strictly prohibited.


(13) Students who come to school in the care of servants should never leave before the servant arrives. In case of delay, they should report to the school office. Those who go home alone should not loiter about on the way but be prompt in returning home straight. Students are warned not to buy anything, especially eatables from street vendors.


(14) Our students should observe polite manners wherever they go. They should always remember that the school is judged by their conduct. They should greet their teachers when they meet them. Bullying and use of foul language are punishable offences.


Hostel Rules


The Residential Central Public School, Rambagh, Purnea has hostels for boys & girls. These hostels cater to the needs of the parents of the neighboring places as well as the neighboring states. The Hostel is under overall administration of the Hostel Mistress who is ably supported by the Wardens & Matrons. They take parental care of every child to make the child’s stay an enjoyable and comfortable one.
